Docusign Envelope ID: B576D624-E16E-4D9F-BC67-5703DE54A6F8 <br /> Orange County—Comprehensive Emergency Operations Plan Update <br /> Oversee the completion of 101 airfield assessments and operations plans and four "air ops" deployments <br /> under the AGS contracts. <br /> Reduced the cost of conducting deliberate airport planning on the AGS contract by 75% and reducing the <br /> time required to plan from 12 months to three months.The increased savings were directly passed on to <br /> FEMA,which enabled the program office to have more airports assessed and planned with the same budget. <br /> Led the transformation of the FEMA AGS airfield assessment program to enable uninterrupted operations <br /> during the COVI D-19 pandemic at no additional cost to the government.Increased the use of technologies to <br /> conduct near-virtual airfield assessments,reducing travel costs between 33%and 50%while reducing the risk <br /> of exposure to COVID-19 stakeholders.IEM conducted 12 airfield assessments during the pandemic without <br /> any stakeholders contracting the coronavirus. <br /> Deployed three Senior Air Planners to the Baton Rouge JFO to conduct deliberate planning in the event <br /> Hurricane Delta (2020) prompted a precautionary air evacuation of New Orleans. <br /> Managed the deployment in support of Super Typhoon Yutu(2018) of 27 contractorsto four airports on the <br /> U.S. territories of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. <br /> Donated two sets of air stairs to the Saipan International Airport in 2018 at the conclusion of his FEMA <br /> deployment,as all the airport's jet bridges had been destroyed.This directly aided the airport in its post-storm <br /> recoverywhile saving the U.S. Government $600,000 by not having to transport IEM's air stairs back to the <br /> United States. <br /> Deployed 27 disaster air response experts supporting Hurricanes Irma and Maria(2017)to 7 U.S.Virgin Islands <br /> and Puerto Rico airports in response to Hurricanes Irma and Maria. <br /> • Directly supported FEMAand the territories in their response and recovery from two Category 5 hurricanes. <br /> Jewish Family Services of San Diego, Migrant Sheltering, 2023-Present <br /> • Project Sponsor for the Jewish Family Services of San Diego, California, Migrant Sheltering contract. <br /> • Provides executive-level guidance for the on-site project management, supervisors, and shelter workers <br /> supporting asylum seeker operations at a privately-owned hotel and travel center. <br /> • IEM cares for asylum seekers,who have their court dates scheduled and onward travel plans arranged before <br /> they travel by air and motor coach to their sponsors within the United States. <br /> Humanitarian Assistance Program, U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), 2023-Present <br /> • Submits a quote to SOUTHCOM to provide all personnel,equipment,supplies,facilities,transportation,tools, <br /> materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to help partner nations, <br /> particularly those affected by disaster or hardship,improve healthcare, education, and ensure sustainable <br /> community development. <br /> Submits quotes to SOUTHCOM to provide personnel, management, equipment, supplies, facilities, <br /> transportation,tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and services not Government-furnished <br /> necessary to perform Services and Supplies as defined in this PWS for Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster <br /> Preparedness (HA/DP). <br /> Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)Regional Risk Assessment and Capability Analysis Updates GCC, 2022- <br /> Present <br /> Project Sponsor overseeing the comprehensive risk assessment and capability analysis for all GCC Member <br /> States using the SWOT Analysis Method (Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats). <br /> RFP NO.367-005435 • 10/23/24 2 ©1EM. <br />
