Our team of over 1,000 <br /> employees has experience in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of Northern <br /> Mariana Islands, Guam,American Samoa, multiple Tribal Nations throughout the US, and 15 countries.We work <br /> with government agencies and private sector organizations worldwide to provide fully integrated program design, <br /> delivery, and management that help our clients achieve measurable results for preparedness, protection, and <br /> planning for disaster response and recovery operations. <br /> 5.13.2 IEM EXPERIENCE <br /> We have supported the development of strategic,operational,and tactical plans for all levels of governments and <br /> capacities, non-profit organizations, private-sector partners, persons with disabilities and others with access and <br /> functional needs,certain non-English speaking persons,and persons with limited English proficiency.As part of this <br /> support, our specialized subject matter experts (SMEs) worked with FEMA in drafting and updating the <br /> Comprehensive Preparedness Guide(CPG)101,CPG 201,and CPG 502,as well as assisting in developing and then <br /> updating the National Incident Management System (NIMS)guidance with pertinent, accurate,and up-to-date <br /> information. In addition, IEM has proven experience in leading successful accreditations for multiple states and <br /> individual agencies interested in pursuing or renewing their Emergency Management Accreditation Program(EMAP) <br /> certification. <br /> IEM has analyzed,written,reviewed,integrated,and applied planning guidance at all levels—federal,state,regional, <br /> territorial, tribal, county, and community.With this experience, we will leverage our vast knowledge across the full <br /> range of preparedness planning, policies,and procedures to advance a comprehensive emergency operations plan <br /> for Orange County.Table 1 on the following page highlights some of IEM's relevant experience in preparedness <br /> planning. <br /> 12 <br /> ©IEM.
