Docusign Envelope ID: B576D624-E16E-4D9F-BC67-5703DE54A6F8 <br /> COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN UPDATE <br /> 3.D.3 FINALIZE MUNICIPAL PLANS <br /> A revised document draft will be developed incorporating the feedback from the municipal plan revision workshops. <br /> IEM will assemble all comments, outputs, and amendments and develop new draft documents to address all <br /> outstanding issues.IEM will conduct outreach to the Municipal Planning Teamsto clarify any remaining plan gaps <br /> and recheck documents for conformityto EMAP standards,the County EOP,state and federal standards,and laws. <br /> IEMwill submitthefinal draftsof the Municipal Planstothe municipalities and Orange Countyfor a final reviewand <br /> approval in electronic format. <br /> 3.E TASK 5: DEVELOP COUNTY EOC POSITION JOB ACTION CHECKLISTS <br /> IEM staff will develop or update position checklists based on the updated County EOP and Annexes.Each Job Action <br /> Checklist will be tailored to the specific County EOC position or function outlined in the updated County EOC <br /> organization based on the hybrid ESF/ICS model.Once completed,the final draftswill be submitted forfinal review <br /> and approval in electronic format. <br /> 3.F TASK 6: PRODUCT FINALIZATIONS AND OUT-BRIEFS <br /> IEM will conduct out-brief meetings with Orange County and each mu nicipality to discuss any final changes to the <br /> EOP or annexes.
