Drafts will be reviewed and approved by the Orange County Emergency Management.Then,virtual or <br /> in-person meetings will be held with stakeholders to validate the information contained within each draft document. <br /> After reviewing drafts with stakeholders,the Orange County Emergency Management will provide a final review and <br /> approval of each document. Final drafts will then be provided to Orange County. <br /> FUNCTIONAL ANNEXES <br /> IEM will develop functional annexes for Orange County as part of the comprehensive EOP update processes. IEM <br /> will ensure the functional annexes align with the Basic Plan's structure, including a standardized structure,roles, <br /> responsibilities, functions, and activities.To accomplish this, IEM will take the information learned from the initial <br /> document review, stakeholder meetings, previous EOP, Basic Plan development, and hazard-specific annex <br /> development to identify areas of enhancement against current standards and regulations. IEM will then work with <br /> the Orange County Project Managerto identify SME stakeholders to collaborate on each document.Draftswill be <br /> reviewed and approved bythe Orange County Emergency Management.Then,virtual or in-person meetings will be <br /> held with stakeholders to validate the information contained within each draft document.
