Provide a SAENC representative for each of the regularly scheduled OC Planning Board&Board of Adjustment <br /> meetings for FY26.There is a planned total of twelve (12) regularly scheduled meetings.We understand there could <br /> be additional meetings added with a two week notice throughout the fiscal year. <br /> 2. The SAENC representative will be there in advance of the meeting start time, at least two (2) hours prior, for the <br /> following; <br /> a. Setup&test the Dias,Staff,and Podium mics. <br /> b. Setup & test the podiums & AV systems including wireless internet, content delivery system, and limit <br /> timer. <br /> C. The rooms AV Systems will be utilized as designed for the Orange County standard BOC meetings with 7 <br /> mics at the dais,one mic at the clerks desk,two mics at the attorney&managers desk,one mic at the pre- <br /> sentation podium. <br /> d. Ensure the OCPD representative that is recording the meeting has a good clean audio feed. <br /> e. It is our understanding these meetings do not include a HYBRID component (zoom, teams Webex, <br /> etc....) and that they will not be video or audio broadcasted via cable or streaming services. <br /> 3. The SAENC representative will do their best to address any technical, logistical, or operational needs and ensure <br /> that all systems are working properly prior to the meeting beginning. The SAENC technician will stay for approxi- <br /> mately 30 minutes after the meeting begins to ensure the AV systems are running smoothly. <br />
