Eno Mill Site <br />This agreement is between __________________________________ (“Host”) and Orange County, NC a political subdivision of <br />the State of North Carolina (hereinafter “County” ). <br />As a willing Host during Uproar Festival of Public Art (“Uproar”) taking place in Orange County, North Carolina, August 1 - August <br />23, 2025, the Host agrees to the following terms: <br />1.The Host will not disclose the artwork being placed at the site until the festival has begun. All Uproar works need to remain a <br />surprise in order for the public to visit the festival. The Host recognizes that the details regarding specific artists and artwork <br />outlined below are subject to change pending Uproar’s receipt of artist agreements and artwork. <br />2.Host will permit the installation of the art. Host’s prior approval will be necessary before any installation requiring anchoring <br />work to concrete, or attaching work to a structure. <br />3.Accessibility is a priority of Uproar and it will ensure that art will be displayed in fully accessible, outdoor locations. <br />4.Host may not charge an admission fee to the public to view the entries during the festival. <br />5.The site verifies insurance coverage through a current and active General Liability insurance policy. <br />6.County reserves the right to use imagery and documentation of the site, the art, and the process of installing the art.
