DELIBERATE ACTS <br /> any deliberately dishonest, fraudulent or criminal act or omission, or any willful violation of any statute or <br /> regulation, by or on behalf of an Insured; <br /> C. GOODWILL <br /> any adverse impact on goodwill, reputation or potential future income; <br /> D. GOVERNMENTAL ORDERS <br /> any action or order by any domestic or foreign law enforcement, administrative, regulatory or judicial body or other <br /> governmental authority; <br /> E. PROPERTY DAMAGE <br /> direct physical loss of or damage to property; <br /> F. VALUE OF STOCKS <br /> any change in value of shares, stock or securities; <br /> G. VENDOR ACTS <br /> unauthorized and deliberate malicious act or omission by a vendor or other third party authorized by the Insured <br /> Entity to perform services on the Insured Entity's Network. <br /> V. LIMITS OF LIABILITY/RETENTION <br /> A. POLICY AGGREGATE <br /> The amount set forth as the Policy Aggregate Limit of Liability in the Declarations shall be the maximum <br /> aggregate limit of liability of the Insurer for all Damages, Claim Expenses, Privacy Event Expenses, Extortion <br /> Payments, Privacy Regulation Investigation Expenses and First Party Loss under this Policy. The Scheduled <br /> Limits of Liability set forth in the Coverage Schedule in the Declarations are sub-limits which further limit and do <br /> not increase the Insurer's limit of liability under this Policy Aggregate Limit. The limits of liability set forth in <br /> paragraph B. below are subject always to this Policy Aggregate. <br /> B. INSURING AGREEMENTS LIMITS OF LIABILITY <br /> Each Insuring Agreement limit of liability set forth in the Coverage Schedule of the Declarations applies as <br /> follows: <br /> 1.
