Technology and Professional Liability only, a Wrongful Act means <br /> any actual or alleged act, error or omission: <br /> 1. committed solely in the conduct of Professional Services or Technology Services for others; or <br /> 2. resulting in the failure of the Insured's Technology Products to perform the function or serve the purpose <br /> intended; <br /> B. with respect to Insuring Agreement A.2.
