Docusign Envelope ID:C101DF94-8EEA-4210-A163-1FB71C9DF46C <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 18th day of June, 2025 by and <br /> between ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as "County") and RecTrac, LLC d/b/a Vermont Systems <br /> (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> THAT WHEREAS, the County and Provider entered into a contract dated 24 May 2024, (hereinafter the "Original <br /> Agreement"), for the provision of services for software licenses, maintenance and support for RecTrac and WebTrac <br /> applications(recreation management software); and <br /> WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to amend the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and <br /> conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties agree to <br /> amend the Original Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. In order to ensure the completion of the Services identified in the term of the Original Agreement is amended <br /> to reflect an end date by which all Services shall be completed of 30 June 2027. <br /> 2. Exhibit A to the Original Agreement is amended by adding the following tasks and services to the Services to <br /> be provided by the Consultant: remove CYMS module(not software DEAPR can use) <br /> 3. Article 5, Section A is amended to reflect a maximum payable not-to-exceed amount of thirty-nine-thousand- <br /> one-hundred-eighty-five and 34/100 Dollars ($39,185.34 = $37,923.69 annual maint - $6,328.35 CYMS <br /> module annual maint (canceled) + $1,500.00/yr texting fees annual maint + $2,490.00 CYMS/DEAPR (paid <br /> year 1)+$3,600.00 credit card fees/FINANCE acct)(billed annually-see Attachment A). <br /> 4. Except for the changes made herein,the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent <br /> it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
