County's Notice Address: Orange County <br /> County Manager's Office <br /> 300 W.Tryon Street <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> With a copy to: <br /> Katie Murray <br /> Arts Commission Director <br /> 437 Dimmocks Mill Road,Office 34 <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> c. Premises: Assigned Area—Studio Space 4 located within the Eno Arts Mill Studios. <br /> d. Eno Arts Mill Studios("Studios"): That certain area within Suite 27 of the Eno River Mill Complex located at <br /> 437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278. <br /> e. Term: The term of this Agreement commences on the Commencement Date and <br /> expires, if not sooner terminated,at noon on the one year anniversary of the <br /> Commencement Date,subject to extension for successive one-year periods <br /> (each, an "Extension Period")as set forth in Paragraph 3 of this Agreement. <br /> f. Commencement Date: The date on which the Premises is available to be accessed by Licensee,which <br /> date is 06/20/2025 <br /> g. Effective Date: 06/17/2025 ,the date of this Agreement. <br /> h. Monthly Fees: The fees payable during the Term of the Agreement is the fixed sum of <br /> $6300.00 , payable in monthly installments of$$525.00 <br /> i. Deposit: The sum of$$525.00 ,to be held and used in accordance with Paragraph <br /> 6 hereof. <br /> j.
