<br />Program Manager These responsibilities include assisting, directing, establishing, promoting,
<br />and maintaining specific programs and initiatives within the designated customer/account base,
<br />including large or critical accounts. Directs all activities of PMs on complex customer projects.
<br />Provides overall customer management of the supporting office, including sales and operations.
<br />Effectively assists customers’ operational strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective
<br />solutions. Enhances communications, job planning, and service delivery to achieve customer
<br />satisfaction goals.
<br />
<br />Site Supervisor The Site Supervisor oversees daily operations within designated regions
<br />related to security technology systems or infrastructure. These duties support the County’s
<br />deployment, operation and maintenance needs, access control staff, and building access
<br />processes.
<br />
<br />IT Network Specialist The IT Network Specialist supports local area networks (LAN), wide area
<br />networks (WAN), internet systems, or segmented network system installations and
<br />configurations. They might maintain network hardware and software, provide monitoring
<br />functions to ensure network availability to all system users, and perform necessary maintenance
<br />to support network availability on assigned projects. Responsibilities may also include custom
<br />systems integrations, complex systems upgrade planning and execution, systems audits and
<br />consultation, database management, and Electronic Security Systems (ESS) manipulation.

<br />Embedded Technician The Embedded Technician provides on-site service support, including
<br />enforce Orange County’s project standards, coordinate with the local customer personnel and
<br />stakeholders, audit technical security systems for operational compliance, maintain database
<br />integrity, troubleshoot all database issues, confirm database synchronization, monitor error logs,
<br />perform error log corrections, perform hard drive maintenance, verify system backup integrity,
<br />verify backup schedule, monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), submit system
<br />records as required, attend conference calls and meetings, maintain meeting notes and log
<br />issues, conduct training, manage inventory/costs, produce and maintain best practices,
<br />authorize system design for new facilities, oversee on-site operational inspections, maintain
<br />proper software operation, manage system software updates, report and track deficiencies
<br />addressed per SLAs, liaise with all stakeholders to ensure project completion within
<br />time/budget, and formulate risk assessments, management controls, and procedures.
