License Numbers: VA 2701001733 • WV 001545 • NC L.34582 & U.33082 <br />Custom Details <br />This PM Agreement is for semi-annual service and includes the following materials: <br />Annual preventive maintenance kit for the AERCO boilers <br />Hot Water Boiler <br />We will perform a semi-annual preventive maintenance service on the boilers and circulating pumps listed on the equipment page of <br />this agreement. This service will consist of an annual preventive maintenance , start up and ( 1 ) operating maintenance and <br />inspection. During the annual preventive maintenance we will clean each boiler. Each service we will check the operation of all boilers <br />and pumps and determine if there are any issues.
