The County Assessor still holds the responsibility <br /> of assessment and taxability of the vehicles. A copy of NCGS 105-330 was provided to <br /> the board members via email. This statute establishes a uniform system for listing, <br /> appraisal and taxation of registered motor vehicles. <br /> • The discussion on providing a copy of the County's evidence to the appellants was <br /> revisited. Both benefits and concerns were addressed. <br /> Saru Salvi made a motion to have a printed copy of the County's evidence available to <br /> the appellant at the time of their Board of Equalization and Review hearing. Richal <br /> Vanhook seconded the motion.
