Orange County <br />367-OC5451 - Recycling Processor and/or Municipal Solid Waste Disposal <br />34 <br />Exceptions <br />1.We respectfully request an interview with Orange County staff to discuss our submitted offer during the <br />evaluation process. <br />2.WM Recycle America, LLC & Waste Management of Carolinas, Inc. reserves the right to negotiate a <br />mutually acceptable final contract with the County prior to beginning service. <br />3.WM Recycle America, LLC & Waste Management of Carolinas, Inc utilizes the CPI-WST (water, sewer, <br />trash) index for annual price adjustments. This index is the most accurate index for waste and recycling <br />services. The index was created by municipalities specifically for municipal services involving water, <br />sewer, and trash.
