To the extent possible, the County will answer questions and concerns raised at that <br />time. The term of the Agreement <br />between County and Contractor will be for an initial five (5) years, proposed to be on or before July <br />1, 2025, through June 30, 2030. At the close of the initial five (5) year term the contract may be <br />extended at the option of the County and with the agreement of Contractor to include up to two (2) <br />additional two (2) year renewal periods provided that: <br />• Funds are authorized annually by the Board of Orange County Commissioners, and <br />• The Contract is not otherwise terminated through provisions of another clause of the Contract. <br /> <br />1.12.1 Proposal Evaluation and Selection <br />Proposals will be evaluated and selected according to the criteria set forth in Section 3.3. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 3C46D4D9-4262-4835-B314-9FEB472CCC00
