We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with a proposal for the <br />services as detailed in the following pages. Any revision or request of change to scope of work by the owner at a later <br />date would be subject to price review at that time. <br />General Scope of Work <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> Brady’s subcontractor, The Phoenix Agency of NC, will perform TAB for the following RTUs listed <br />below. This proposal shall serve as a change order to the Brady Construction Services contract for the <br />Passmore HVAC project. <br /> <br />RTU3: <br /> 1 terminal box <br /> <br />RTU 2: <br /> 4 terminal boxes <br /> 1 relief damper <br /> <br />Clarifications <br />All work is based on straight time hours: Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:30 <br />pm. <br /> <br />The selected and quoted equipment for this proposal is based on like for like change <br />out and does not reflect a change in capacity or load calculation for the area this unit <br />serves. <br /> <br />Any code deficiencies related to the existing conditions not specifically identified in our <br />proposal is not included in our scope of work. <br /> <br />Unforeseen conditions related to the owner’s equipment or building that adversely <br />impact on the cost of the project may result in additional changes. <br /> <br />This proposal is subject to cancellation by Brady in the event of any contract or purchase <br />order related to this proposal contains a provision that requires Brady to comply with any <br />guidance for contractor or subcontractor workplace locations published by the Safer Federal <br />Workplace Task Force. <br /> <br />This proposal is subject to cancellation by Brady in the event Brady is unable to perform due <br />to inability to secure qualified subcontractors willing to comply with any guidance for <br />contractor or subcontractor workplace locations published by the Safer Federal Workplace <br />Task Force, or Brady’s inability to comply with such guidance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 8CA14150-9530-4A99-BD60-9C85B08D1654
