Limits Of Insurance, 16. Voluntary Property Damage Coverage And Care, Custody Or Control Liability Coverage, in this endorsement. These limits are inclusive of, and not in addi- tion to, the limits being replaced. The Limits of Insurance shown in the Schedule fix the most we will pay regardless of the number of: (a)Insureds; (b)Claims made or "suits" brought;or (c)Persons or organizations making claims or bringing "suits". (2)(a)Subject to (3)below, the Voluntary Property Dam- age Coverage,Each Occur- rence Limit Of Insurance is the most we will pay for the sum of damages under Vol- untary Property Damage Coverage; (b)The Care, Custody Or Con- trol Liability Coverage, Each Occurrence Limit Of Insurance is the most we will pay for the sum of damages under Care, Custody Or Control Liability Coverage; because of all "property damage" arising out of any one "occur- rence". (3)The Voluntary Property Dam- age Coverage,Aggregate Limit Of Insurance is the most we will pay for the sum of all damages under Voluntary Property Damage Coverage. This limit applies separately to each "cov- erage term". (4)Deductible Clause (a)Our obligation to pay dam- ages on your behalf applies only to the amount of dam- ages for each "occurrence" which are in excess of the Deductible Amount stated for the applicable coverage in the Schedule. The limits of insurance will not be re- duced by the application of such Deductible Amount. (b)Section IV -Commercial General Liability Condi- tions, 2.Duties In The Event Of Occurrence,Of- fense,Claim Or Suit,ap- plies to each claim or "suit" irrespective of the amount. (c)We may pay any part or all of the Deductible Amount to effect settlement of any claim or "suit"and, upon no- tification of the action taken, you shall promptly reim- burse us for such part of the Deductible Amount as has been paid by us. 17.Broadened Contractual Liability -Work Within 50'Of Railroad Property Section V -Definitions, 12."Insured con- tract"is amended as follows: a.Paragraph c.is replaced by the fol- lowing: c.Any easement or license agree- ment; b.Paragraph f.(1)is deleted in its entire- ty. 18.Alienated Premises Exclusion 2.j.
