The taxpayer was present and access to the <br /> interior of the home was allowed. See the attached photos showing the dated interior condition <br /> of the home primarily flooring,painting, cabinetry. The exterior of the home exhibits the roof <br /> slightly swaying with older shingles. The fireplace chimneys are covered due to water seepage. <br /> The fireplaces are inoperable. It was observed that the 4-acre site has a steep terrain, in <br /> particular on the western side. <br /> • Adjustments recommended to assessed value include: <br /> 1. Effective year built from 1980 to actual year built of 1976. <br /> 2. Fireplace count from 2 to 0. <br /> 3.
