There have been no upgrades on the house since then. The house is very old and has lots of improvements needed. It needs to be painted, and the interior has no upgrades at all. It has two bathrooms where there is much work needed. There is mold in the house due to leaks in the roof. I don't understand how the house could increase this much in taxes due to the condition of the house. We live in a watershed which limits what we can do to our property as far as the acreage. This is our family property that my parents farmed on. The taxes are too high for our community and unaffordable.
