They were farmers <br /> of this property who made it possible for everyone in the community to eat. Even <br /> when there were those who had nothing to eat,they would gather everyone to come to their <br /> home so they could feed their family. Their original home burned down back in the 60's. They <br /> built this home so our generation could continue to live on the property that they loved so <br /> dearly. The condition of the home is not in a state that I would like. The taxes are way too high <br /> for the value of a water shed. I am limited as to what I can do to my land because of the <br /> watershed. I am asking that you lower the value of my property. I noticed that homes closer to <br /> me have a lower value, and I don't understand why my value is so much higher. The cost to <br /> remodel my home as I'd like is far above my budget.
