A copy of the application is attached, along with the application <br /> scoring rubric. Four (4)Application Workshops were conducted with both in-person and virtual <br /> options. Technical assistance was provided to applicants during the request for proposals <br /> (RFP) process. Fourteen (14) community applications were received by the deadline — <br /> February 21, 2025. <br /> The Funding Subcommittee of the OAC reviewed applications and made recommendations to <br /> the full OAC. On March 24, 2025, and April 14, 2025, the OAC discussed the Subcommittee <br /> suggestions and voted to approve the five (5) following funding recommendations: <br /> • Piedmont Health — $50,400 <br /> • El Futuro — $50,000 <br /> • Freedom House— $72,000 <br /> • UNC SHAC— $37,600 <br /> • Reintegration Support Network— $20,000 <br /> The proposals for these five (5) applications are attached.
