She asked if half of <br /> Article 46 is still being reserved for the schools. <br /> Travis Myren said yes. <br /> Chair Bedford said $500,000 debt rolled off this year for sewer. She asked if that is built <br /> into Article 46 budget. <br /> Travis Myren said there is an Article 46 model and if the debt service is decreasing, that <br /> is getting consumed by the incentives that the county approves. He said that the thought is that <br /> Article 46 pays for the incentive projects. <br /> Commissioner Carter said there is no water and sewer infrastructure included in the CIP <br /> after that $500,000 rolls off. <br /> Travis Myren said they do not have anything firm enough to be put into a plan at this <br /> point. <br />
