She <br /> recalled that there was about $4 million that was unspent. She asked how that gets applied. <br /> Travis Myren said that would show as "prior approved funding." <br /> Kirk Vaughn said the balance of all county and school capital projects are listed in the <br /> CIP as an appendix. <br /> Chair Bedford said that on page 167, between conservation easements and lands <br /> legacy, they are expecting to spend funds that will bring the balance down. <br /> David Stancil, DEAPR Director, said there are about $400,000 worth of projects that will <br /> be coming back to the Board that have been previously authorized but not finalized. He said that <br /> there is also about $300,000 of projects that have been approved but have not closed yet. <br /> Chair Bedford asked if that $700,000 total. <br /> David Stancil said yes and that he is always conscious of what is pending and <br /> encumbered. <br /> Chair Bedford said about $3.4 million between the two that are holding space in 10-year <br /> plan but not yet borrowed. <br /> Travis Myren said yes, it is included in the debt model, and they would borrow when <br /> those expenditures would occur. <br />
