GSA and <br />Open Market items have been identified on the included detailed pricing summary. <br /> Project Services included in this response are inclusive of project management, implementation, <br />Interfaces, training services, and related travel. <br /> Static CAD data conversion is included in the base price of the system as part of the project <br />implementation and includes such data as Agency ID, Station Definitions, Personnel Definitions, <br />Unit Types, Unit Definitions, Vehicle Definitions, Event Type Codes, Out of Service Codes, <br />Disposition Codes, Special Address, etc. Historical Data Conversion is not included. <br /> OnCall Dispatch does not use a proprietary map. Hexagon assumes the County will provide an <br />OnCall-supported mapping source as described in the OnCall system requirements. <br /> "OnCall client licenses are browser based and include the map and system administration <br />functions. Hexagon has provided pricing for CAD software licensing to meet the client count <br />requirements provided by the customer. Please see the included Bill of Materials for software <br />products and quantities included in this proposal. After further discussions with the customer, <br />software license counts may be adjusted. <br /> The pricing provided assumes production, test, training, and backup environments. <br /> Backup (BCK) and Test (TST) software licenses are provided as needed for the proposed <br />solution based on the purchase of the related production license. These licenses are provided at <br />no additional cost. <br /> Year 1 Maintenance (Warranty) commences at Subsystem Cutover. <br /> Third party software included in the base system includes accompanying third party maintenance. <br />Some third parties begin software maintenance at cutover and others upon shipment. All have <br />been included in the pricing appropriately based on an expected project timeline.
