Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 72 <br /> <br />Approval Signatures <br />Signature by all parties listed below constitutes acceptance of and notice to proceed with this SOW, in <br />accordance with this SOW and the GSA Contract. <br />This SOW may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be original, <br />and all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. A signature delivered by facsimile <br />shall be deemed to be an original signature and shall be effective upon receipt thereof by the other party. <br />This SOW together with the GSA Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties. This <br />SOW may not be amended or modified unless done so in a writing signed by authorized representatives <br />of both Parties.
