System Readiness Review <br />Task Description <br />During this Task Hexagon technical resources, the Hexagon Project Manager, and the Customer team <br />will meet and determine if the OnCall Subsystems are ready for Cutover. <br />In addition, the System Readiness Review verifies that the following has occurred: <br /> A document titled, “Cutover Plan” has been developed and approved by both Hexagon and the <br />Customer; <br /> Establishment and approval of a schedule for Cutover Activities; and <br /> Identification and scheduling of Hexagon and Customer resources required for Cutover Activities. <br />Task Deliverables <br /> Readiness Review meeting minutes <br /> Discussion notes on the results from Hexagon’s final review of the system <br />Task Prerequisites <br /> Cutover Plan Task is complete. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> The Customer certifies it has trained all personnel who will be utilizing the system. <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Conduct a conference call to discuss if the system is ready to perform Cutover; <br /> Provide system Cutover notification to appropriate internal and external interface stakeholders <br />supplying systems integral to Cutover operations; <br /> Review and provide timely feedback/approval of Cutover Plan; and <br /> Work with Customer to determine suitable Cutover schedule. <br />Customer Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Customer shall: <br /> Participate in the conference call; <br /> Notify internal and external interface stakeholders about pending Cutover; <br /> Review and provide timely feedback/approval of Cutover Plan; and <br /> Work with Hexagon to determine suitable Cutover schedule. <br />Task Acceptance Criteria <br />This Task is complete when the Readiness Review has been conducted. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
