Cutover Plan <br />Task Description <br />Hexagon and the Customer will jointly develop a Cutover Plan. The Cutover Plan will detail the steps <br />necessary to cutover OnCall Dispatch. The Cutover Plan will assign tasks and responsibilities to both <br />Hexagon and Customer personnel in the month prior to Cutover. The Cutover Plan covers topics <br />including Customer staffing, movement of equipment into final locations, final database cleanout of test <br />events, procedures to report issues, and planned sequence of events for the Cutover day. <br />Hexagon will provide the initial draft of the Cutover Plan to the Customer for review. The Customer will <br />review the draft and provide feedback to Hexagon within ten (10) Business Days, which will incorporate <br />appropriate feedback into a final Cutover Plan. <br />Task Deliverables <br /> Cutover Plan <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Create a draft Cutover Plan (i.e., prepare a checklist of responsibilities and tasks to be completed <br />during the Cutover Task prior to Cutover); <br /> Work with Customer personnel to refine the Cutover Plan; and <br /> Review and approve the final Cutover Plan. <br />Customer Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Customer shall: <br /> Review and comment on the draft Cutover Plan within ten (10) Business Days of receipt; <br /> Work with Hexagon personnel to refine the Cutover Plan; and <br /> Review and approve the final Cutover Plan. <br />Task Acceptance Criteria <br />This Task is complete when the Customer has reviewed and approved the final Cutover Plan. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
