Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 57 <br />28. Sustaining Coordination Services for the CommSys ConnectCIC ASAP Interface <br />Task Description <br />During this Task, CommSys will provide consulting and sustaining coordination services for the <br />ConnectCIC ASAP implementation. <br /> CommSys will provide the Customer with professional services for only the following aspects of <br />the project (the “Sustaining Coordination Services”): <br /> Coordinate efforts with the agency’s executive stakeholders, Hexagon, state message <br />switch/control point officials, The Monitoring Association (TMA), and the alarm <br />monitoring companies; <br /> Coordinate with Hexagon for the installation of updates to Hexagon’s External Alarms <br />OnCall Dispatch Interface in both a test environment and a production environment as <br />applicable; <br /> These may be done at separate times <br /> A test plan as appropriate will be used <br /> Work with agency officials to identify connectivity issues to The State and The National <br />Law Enforcement Teletype Service (NLETS) network via the state CJIS Message <br />Switch or other transport method if available; <br /> Coordinate with new alarm companies that begin operating in production with the ASAP <br />project and with agency officials through introductions, testing, and cutover to <br />production activities; <br /> Execute testing to ensure that the end product continues to conform to the APCO/CSAA <br />ANS 2.101.2-2014 standard; and <br /> Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with all appropriate agencies and staff as necessary <br />when problems arise. <br />Task Deliverables <br /> Sustaining Coordination Services <br />Task Assumptions <br /> The testing and verification of the ASAP Interface will take place on site. <br />Task Prerequisites <br /> Installation of External Alarms OnCall Dispatch Interface (reference Standard Interface Product <br />Installation and Configuration task above) <br /> Installation of CommSys ConnectCIC <br /> CommSys ConnectCIC ASAP Option purchased <br /> Connectivity between CommSys ConnectCIC and the State CJIS Message Switch to receive <br />NLETS transactions <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Coordinate with CommSys for the installation of the External Alarms OnCall Dispatch <br />Interface; <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
