Standard Interface Product Installation and Configuration <br />Task Description <br />During this Task, Hexagon will install and configure the Standard Interfaces. The Customer will formally <br />test the interface functionality and reliability during Functional Testing. <br />The following are regarded as “Standard Interfaces” as the term is defined in Attachment H of this SOW: <br /> RapidSOS OnCall Call-Taker Interface <br /> Fire Station Alerting OnCall Dispatch Interface <br /> PLT OnCall Dispatch Interface <br /> External Alarms OnCall Dispatch Interface <br /> CAD to CAD OnCall Dispatch Interface <br />As part of this Task, Hexagon will provide consulting services to advise Eventide on how to use RestAPI <br />to pull the data they require. <br />Task Deliverables <br /> Documentation of Standard Interfaces installation <br />Task Prerequisites <br /> Operation or availability of the external system or Third-Party Software <br /> OnCall Dispatch Configuration Consulting 3 Task is complete. <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Install Standard Interfaces. <br />Customer Team Participation and Responsibilities <br /> Ensure SMEs are available to support Hexagon Activities as needed; <br /> Verify that physical connectivity has been achieved from Customer’s communication server to <br />OnCall; <br /> Provide availability and confirm operation of external systems or third-party software; <br /> Provide the following information to Hexagon: <br /> IP address for remote databases <br /> Socket value for remote systems <br /> Operator IDs (ORIs), terminal mnemonics, etc., as needed by remote systems <br /> Ensure the system and network administrators are available to work closely with the Hexagon <br />team for the duration of the Task; and <br /> Ensure third-party cooperation with Hexagon’s reasonable requests. <br />Task Acceptance Criteria <br />This Task is complete when each Standard Interface is installed and configured. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
