Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 54 <br /> Microsoft Power BI Report Server Note: If on-premise hosting of Power BI content is required, <br />Customer must purchase SQL Server 2022 Enterprise Edition with Software Assurance (which <br />includes the Power BI Report Server necessary for on-premise hosting of Power BI content) or <br />may purchase Microsoft Power BI Report Server separately. <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Configure the OnCall Analytics | Dispatch software components as outlined in the above table; <br /> Install the Microsoft Power BI desktop software (free download) and components as outlined in <br />table above; and <br /> Confirm that the software installation and delivery has been completed, the data connections <br />have been tested, and data is accessible in reports. <br />Customer Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Customer shall: <br /> Provide remote access to Customer environment. If remote access is not possible, additional <br />travel and administration time is required to complete the installation and a change order will be <br />required; <br /> Provide system administrator to work with the Hexagon team during installation activities; <br /> Provide network administrator to work with the Hexagon team during installation activities; <br /> Provide database administrator to work with the Hexagon team during the installation activities, if <br />needed; <br /> Install additional products not purchased under this Agreement, such as hardware and third-party <br />backup software; and <br /> Provide SQL Server software and license keys to Hexagon for the database installation. <br />Task Acceptance Criteria <br />This Task is complete when Hexagon has configured and tested the OnCall Analytics | Dispatch software <br />and data is accessible for reports and analytics in the Production Environment. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
