OnCall Dispatch | Mobile Unit Configuration Consulting Session – Law <br />Task Description <br />Hexagon will conduct one (1) consulting session with the Customer lasting no more than three (3) <br />Business Days as part of the Project (“Mobile Unit Law Configuration Session”). During the Mobile Unit <br />Law Configuration Session, Hexagon will provide information regarding configuration options for Mobile <br />Unit workflows as they pertain to the mobile environment. The Mobile Unit Law Configuration Session will <br />address: <br /> Sign on/Sign off <br /> Brief Overview of Application <br /> Screen Layout <br /> Navigation Buttons <br /> Alerts <br /> Toolbars <br /> Event Search <br /> Menus and Submenus <br /> Map <br /> Messaging <br /> Unit Board <br /> Event Board <br /> The included Dispatch Report <br /> Network requirements and ports to ensure the Mobile Unit client can communicate appropriately <br />The Customer will need to make available one dispatcher familiar with OnCall Dispatch to perform <br />dispatching and other related tasks as necessary during the Mobile Unit Law Configuration Session. <br />Following the Mobile Unit Law Configuration Session, the Customer will configure Mobile Unit during the <br />next ten (10) Business Days (“Mobile Unit Law Configuration Period”). Hexagon will provide remote <br />support for the Customer’s Mobile Unit Law configuration efforts (“Mobile Unit Law Configuration <br />Consultation”) up to a maximum of two (2) Business Days. <br />The Customer is responsible for configuring the Mobile Unit subsystem.
