Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 44 <br />19. OnCall Dispatch Configuration Consulting 3 <br />Task Description <br />The primary purpose of OnCall Dispatch Configuration Consulting is to teach the Customer how to use <br />the features of OnCall Dispatch Administrator related to configuration. This includes the User Interface <br />Editor, the Layout Manager, and Configuration Parameters. The Customer is solely responsible for <br />completing all desired configurations of OnCall Dispatch and OnCall Mobile Unit necessary to achieve the <br />Customer’s desired outcomes. Hexagon provides direct support in a time-boxed method as described in <br />this task. <br />During this Task, Hexagon will conduct the “Configuration 3 Workshop”, which will last no longer than <br />three (3) Business Days. Hexagon will provide support for the Customer’s configuration activities for up to <br />three Business Days following the Configuration 3 Workshop (“Configuration 3 Period”). During the <br />Configuration 3 Workshop, Hexagon and Customer will work collaboratively with one another to configure <br />the Configuration 3 Settings (as defined below) with Hexagon providing instruction and guidance and the <br />Customer executing the desired configuration changes. <br />Up to the end of the Configuration 3 Period, Hexagon will support the Customer’s effort to configure the <br />Configuration 3 Settings (as defined below) and subject to the Benchmark Criteria. After the Configuration <br />3 Period has expired, the Customer will be responsible for working independently on making any <br />configuration changes to the Configuration 3 Settings that were not otherwise completed during the <br />Configuration 3 Period or that Customer seeks to further configure. Scope of the configuration is limited to <br />the capabilities described in the Benchmark Criteria. Not all requested product configuration may be <br />possible. The Customer shall complete any desired configurations prior to the commencement of <br />Customer Functional Testing Task. <br />Task Deliverables <br /> OnCall Dispatch Configuration 3 Workshop <br />Task Prerequisites <br /> Configuration 2 Workshop and Configuration 2 Period have been completed, and Customer has <br />completed any additional configurations to the Configuration 2 Settings. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> Hexagon responsibilities will be executed on site at a Facility. <br /> The Configuration 3 Workshop will last no more than three (3) Business Days. <br /> The Configuration 3 Workshop will be interactive with Customer attendees for up to seven (7) <br />hours per day. <br /> Dispatch Core Team will record the list of requested configurations from each day, placing them <br />in order of priority to be completed. <br /> Requested configurations not completed upon consumption of all allocated labor hours can be <br />completed by the Customer, if so desired, which must be done prior to the commencement of <br />Customer Functional Testing. <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Provide consulting and configuration services (“Configuration 3 Settings”) to review: <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
