Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 43 <br /> Provide consulting and configuration services to review the settings below (collectively, <br />“Configuration 2 Settings”): <br /> Customer’s event triage and dispatching processes <br /> Customer’s event management processes, including but not limited to: <br /> Unit recommendation & assignment <br /> Unit on event management <br /> Unit location changes <br /> Staging areas <br /> Case numbers <br /> Remote inquiries <br /> Queued events <br /> Rotational services (e.g., Tow trucks, lock smiths, etc.) <br /> Call back process <br /> Known callers <br /> Unit relocation (a.k.a. Move Ups) <br /> Shared Crews (a.k.a. Cross-staffing) <br /> Field Events (a.k.a. Officer Initiated Events) <br /> Associated Events <br /> Copied Events <br />Customer Participation and Responsibilities <br />Customer shall: <br /> Provide a Facility; <br /> Provide a Project Workstation for each attendee; <br /> Ensure the attendance and active participation of the Dispatch Core Team members and other <br />SMEs for the duration of the Configuration 2 Workshop; <br /> Participate in discussions and engage with the Hexagon team member; <br /> Track and prioritize requests for configuration of the Configuration 2 Settings on a daily basis <br />during the Configuration 2 Workshop; and <br /> Complete any configurations changes to the Configuration 2 Settings prior to the commencement <br />of Configuration 3 Workshop. <br />Task Acceptance Criteria <br />This Task is complete upon: (i) the conclusion of the Consulting 2 Workshop and (ii) upon the earlier of, <br />expiration of the Configuration 2 Period or configuration of the Configuration 2 Settings. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
