Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 38 <br />Task Prerequisites <br /> COTS Interface Product Installation and Configuration Task is complete. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> Primary agency shall be the Customer. <br /> The supported transactions include basic queries. <br /> This Project does not include the development of any new forms, queries, or transactions for <br />Informer unless specifically identified herein. <br /> First year maintenance for CommSys ConnectCIC shall begin upon Cutover. <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Ensure CommSys has installed ConnectCIC State Interface middleware; and <br /> Work with CommSys to verify the ConnectCIC State Interface middleware product is set up and <br />installed for the Customer agencies listed above. <br />Customer Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Customer shall: <br /> Ensure that documentation detailing the format, development\design, and connection information <br />(IP, protocol, credentials, etc.) is current and provided to Hexagon either by the State or by <br />Customer. If this information is not provided by the State, Customer is responsible for collecting <br />and determining if this information is valid and providing it to Hexagon. If the documentation is not <br />provided to Hexagon, additional services\charges may be incurred by Customer; <br /> Have CJIS-related security in place as it relates to Informer data, transactions, and responses; <br /> Provide points of contact who are knowledgeable of the workflow and data requirements for <br />Customer hardware and software components with which Hexagon deliverables will interface; <br /> Provide test connections to State/NCIC, as well as other external systems required for the <br />Project; <br /> Provide live connections to State/NCIC, as well as other external systems required for the Project; <br /> Enter associated ORI, user credentials (if applicable), and terminal mnemonics; <br /> Provide test records to ensure that the transactions received by the System in a test environment <br />are in the same format and contain the same information as those received in a Production <br />environment; and <br /> Test and report any Defects to Hexagon within ten (10) Business Days of installation of <br />ConnectCIC in Customer’s environment. <br />Task Acceptance Criteria <br />This Task is complete upon installation of the CommSys ConnectCIC product. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
