OnCall Dispatch Fundamentals for Core Team <br />Task Description <br />The OnCall Dispatch Fundamentals for Core Team course is presented directly to Dispatch and Mobile <br />Core Team personnel to provide complete instruction on the use of the OnCall Dispatch and Mobile Unit <br />applications. The course shall last no longer than four (4) Business Days. This course is intended to <br />instruct the Dispatch and Mobile Core Teams with the features of OnCall Dispatch and Mobile Unit, <br />including event processing and dispatching, map utilization, and inquiries. The following major topics will <br />be reviewed, as applicable: <br />HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Advantage functions: <br /> Event Creation and Updates <br /> Map View Control <br /> Inquiries <br /> Messaging <br /> Recommending and Dispatching Units <br /> Updating Unit Statuses and Properties <br /> HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Mobile Unit <br />functions: <br /> Accessing the system <br /> Event Updates <br /> Unit Status Changes <br /> Messaging <br />Task Deliverables <br /> OnCall Dispatch Fundamentals for Core Team course <br />Task Prerequisites <br /> System Build 2 is complete. <br /> Completion by Customer attendees of an introductory Microsoft Windows course or equivalent <br />knowledge and familiarity with the Microsoft Windows user interface. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> Hexagon responsibilities will be executed on site at a Facility. <br /> The course shall last no longer than three (4) Business Days. <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Conduct OnCall Dispatch Fundamentals for Core Team course. <br />Customer Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Customer shall: <br /> Provide a Facility; <br /> Provide a Project Workstation for each attendee; <br /> Ensure appropriate personnel who have attended an introductory MS Windows course, or have <br />comparable education, training, or experience, participate fully and collaboratively in the session; <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
