OnCall Dispatch Deployment & Response Planning Workshop <br />Task Description <br />This workshop, “Deployment and Response Planning Workshop,” builds upon System Build 1 to begin <br />the process of creating the deployment and response planning components of OnCall Dispatch. The <br />Deployment and Response Planning Workshop is intended to facilitate importation with deployment data <br />necessary to successfully execute the OnCall Dispatch System Build 2 and the subsequent OnCall <br />Dispatch configuration workshops. <br />As part of the Deployment and Response Planning Workshop, Customer will be taught about the OnCall <br />Dispatch deployment model which details how OnCall Dispatch determines responding agencies for <br />events. Customer will also be taught about the OnCall Dispatch unit recommendation model, how to build <br />response plans, and briefed on the parameters which control how OnCall Dispatch processes response <br />plans. The Deployment and Response Planning Workshop shall last no longer than three (3) Business <br />Days. At the outset of Deployment and Response Planning Workshop, the Customer must have obtained <br />and have necessary information and documents to facilitate eventual creation of the Deployment Plans, <br />and Response Plans (as defined below). The Deployment and Response Planning Workshop is intended <br />to provide the Customer experience on how to build Deployment Plans and Response Plans; it is not <br />expected or intended that all such Deployment Plans and Response Plans will be completed during the <br />Deployment and Response Planning Workshop. The Customer will be expected to complete the build of <br />any necessary Deployment Plans and Response Plans within ten (10) Business Days prior to the <br />commencement of System Build 2. <br />Task Deliverables <br /> OnCall Dispatch Deployment & Response Planning Workshop <br />Task Prerequisites <br /> OnCall Dispatch System Build 1 Task is complete. <br /> Necessary Build 1 Data Elements have been imported into the Dispatch Subsystem to facilitate <br />the build of Deployment Plans and Response Plans. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> Hexagon responsibilities will be executed on site at a Facility. <br /> Workshop is conducted using the Customer’s OnCall environment. <br /> Deployment and Response Planning Workshop shall last no longer than (3) Business Days. <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Provide formal instruction on the OnCall Dispatch deployment model (“Deployment Plans”): <br /> Deployment plans <br /> Emergency Service Zones <br /> Beats & Backup Beats <br /> Dispatch Groups <br /> Provide formal instruction on the OnCall Dispatch response planning model (“Response Plans”): <br /> Recommend unit service: <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
