Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 24 <br />Task Prerequisites <br /> Customer has completed and returned the Infrastructure Build Document to Hexagon. <br /> Customer has installed and configured the hypervisor Virtual Infrastructure in accordance with <br />Attachment F. <br /> The hypervisor host have the virtual switch that will be utilized by the virtual Kemp load balancers <br />have had the following settings changed: <br /> MAC address changes from reject to accept. <br /> Forged Transmits from reject to accept. <br /> Customer has downloaded the Hexagon provided software. <br /> Customer has uploaded the ESRI Media ISO to a datastore available to Hexagon, if applicable. <br /> Customer has imported the Hexagon provided templates. <br /> Customer has placed Hexagon and required third party licenses that have been provided to the <br />Customer and placed on a network share accessible by Hexagon. <br />Task Assumptions <br /> The Virtual Infrastructure is Nutanix. <br /> New virtual servers will be for the sole purpose of the Project defined by this SOW and will not <br />serve other roles. <br /> Hexagon will require the following permissions during the Project. <br /> Administrative access to the hypervisor management console that the VMs will be <br />created in. <br /> Domain Administrator level permission on the domain to allow the following: <br /> Join virtual servers to the domain <br /> Create Computer Objects <br /> Create server clusters <br /> Create and manage DFS configurations <br /> Create users and groups <br /> Add\modify DNS entries in support of the Load balancer configuration <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Perform Virtual Server Implementation with customer assistance when not a VMware <br />environment <br /> Install SQL and configure the SQL AlwaysOn Availability group and the MS Windows Failover <br />Cluster <br /> Perform the Software Installation <br /> Configure Hexagon Licensing Servers <br /> Host the Load Balancer Meeting <br /> Provide the Draft Site Configuration Documentation <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
