Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 18 <br /> If required, all NDAs between Hexagon and third parties will be executed and current. Customer <br />is responsible for facilitating its third-party vendors reasonable cooperation with this requirement. <br /> The Customer is responsible for obtaining cooperation and information from its third-party <br />vendors and/or state agency as reasonably necessary for the development, testing, and cutover <br />of the interfaces. <br />Hexagon Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Hexagon shall: <br /> Lead the interface requirements gathering process and track outstanding items requiring <br />resolution; <br /> Confer with Customer and third-party points of contact to gather information required to develop <br />ICDs; <br /> Validate the third-party points of contact are appropriate sources of information necessary to <br />develop ICD; <br /> Mutually agree with the third-party vendors on the operational and technical interface <br />requirements; <br /> Gather all available interface data detailed schema, protocols, and specifications, as needed; <br /> Prepare draft ICDs and submit to Customer for feedback; <br /> Incorporate Customer feedback into draft ICDs; <br /> Finalize ICDs for Customer review and approval; and <br /> Manage the approved ICDs consistent with the change control process. <br />Customer Team Participation and Responsibilities <br />Customer shall: <br /> Identify and set up appropriate facilities; <br /> Provide points of contacts who are knowledgeable of the workflow and data requirements for <br />Customer hardware and software components with which the Custom Interfaces will interact; <br /> Provide or have available all necessary information during the workshop to facilitate the creation <br />of the ICD; <br /> Promptly review all draft ICD submissions and provide comments, questions, or approval within <br />ten (10) Business Days of receipt; and <br /> Agree to and sign the ICDs before any development work can begin.
