Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 119 <br />environments in place by the Customer, OnCall requires a dedicated environment to mitigate potential <br />performance and reliability issues that could arise due to other users accessing a shared environment. <br />Hexagon’s Services expressly exclude ESRI related services, including, but not limited to, building or <br />modifying of ESRI environments, providing consulting services related to ESRI environments, or other <br />services related to ArcGIS software. The Customer is solely responsible for the use and creation of <br />ArcGIS environments in conjunction with OnCall Dispatch.
