Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 111 <br /> Hexagon has also included pricing for the “connector” between RapidSOS and the Call-Taker <br />Interface API (HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Call-Taker Interface) <br />Fire Station Alerting OnCall Dispatch Interface <br />The Fire Station Alerting OnCall Dispatch Interface provides support for third-party Fire Station Alerting <br />Solutions. <br />The Interface sends unit and event information to the Fire Station Alerting solution to trigger station <br />alarms, unit dispatch, and other services provided by the vendor as defined by their API. <br />Where appropriate, this interface can be configured to be bi-directional to record alert acknowledgements <br />either by message to the dispatcher or logged to the event remarks. <br />Vendors supported in this product include: <br /> US Digital Design’s Phoenix G2 (Version 2.5) <br /> Purvis (Version 2.1) <br /> Westnet FIRST-IN (API Version 1.0.6. 1.0.7, 1.0.7a and 1.0.8) <br />Assumptions: <br /> The Fire Station Alerting software will support sending a notification of alert failure to the event <br />remarks. <br /> If there is a method for station crews to submit an acknowledgement of the alert manually, and <br />the Phoenix G2 can send that acknowledgement to the interface, the interface will change the unit <br />status from Dispatched to Acknowledged. <br />Constraints: <br /> The Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate description of the API needed to <br />interface, and for any software/hardware/data required to implement communications with the <br />external systems. <br />PLT OnCall Dispatch Interface <br />The PLT Radio OnCall Dispatch Interface is an integration between Hexagon OnCall Tracker and a P25 <br />Radio System to support receiving GPS data from the radio systems and report them to OnCall Dispatch <br />as Tracker messages.
