Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 110 <br /> The Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate documentation for the paging <br />system interface. <br /> Hexagon cannot be held accountable for incompatibilities that occur in this interface as the result <br />of changes to input/output formats or data requirements associated with the third-party vendor’s <br />product. <br />Avigilon VMS Interface <br />Hexagon will develop a custom interface to meet this requirement. This interface requires the following <br />Hexagon Products: <br /> HxGN Video Streamer (each separate VMS requires a license of Video Streamer) <br /> Avigilon VMS Interface <br /> HxGN OnCall Video Responder <br />This interface also requires the following: <br /> .Net 6.0.21 or later installed on the computer that will host the Configuration Server. <br /> PostgreSQL 15.3-3 full version. <br /> PostgreSQL 15.3-3 Command-line Tools on the computer where the Streaming server will be <br />hosted. <br /> Video output must be to be an h.264 over RTSP stream. <br />Controls include the following: <br /> Stream live video <br /> Pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) Controls <br />Device auto discovery is not included in this effort. Instructions for bulk loading devices through a CSV <br />template will be provided to the customer and the customer will be responsible for providing that <br />information prior to implementation of the Video Streamer solution. <br /> <br />Standard Interfaces <br />RapidSOS OnCall Call-Taker Interface <br />The RapidSOS OnCall Call-Taker Interface is an OnCall Call-Taker direct link based interface, for the <br />purpose of receiving location accuracy information from the caller’s device about the caller and offer <br />updates on demand via the RapidSOS Web Portal.
