Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 7 <br /> Customer shall grant Hexagon personnel system administrator level access with unique log-in <br />credentials to all servers, networks, databases, and workstations that will be involved in the <br />Project. <br /> SecureLink is the remote access solution used by Hexagon. If Customer desires for Hexagon to <br />utilize an alternate method and/or process for remotely working on their System, such alternate <br />method and/or process shall be mutually agreed upon prior to this SOW being executed. Such <br />alternate method and/or process may impact the original level of effort and Project Schedule <br />quoted for this upgrade, which in turn may require a Change Order to modify. <br /> Customer shall provide unrestricted system and VPN access via SecureLink to Hexagon <br />developers and implementers who will need to have access to multiple infrastructure platforms at <br />the same time. The Customer shall provide Hexagon personnel individualized system access <br />credentials and allow Hexagon authorized resources VPN access twenty-four (24) hours a day, <br />seven (7) days a week for the duration of the Project. <br /> Customer shall provide external VPN access while on site to access various Hexagon resource <br />libraries. <br /> After completion of this Project, Hexagon will VPN using SecureLink into the live System only at <br />Customer’s request and will follow Customer’s required VPN access procedures. <br />Third-Party Assumptions <br /> Customer shall schedule and coordinate third-party technical resources with the skills necessary <br />to perform and/or support all Customer Responsibilities, provide necessary information, respond <br />to Hexagon requests, and support the testing of interfaces, as required. Customer shall schedule <br />and coordinate third-party technical resources in such a way as to ensure that a negative impact <br />to the overall Project Schedule does not occur. <br /> Customer shall maintain, in good working order, all third-party systems which will integrate with <br />Hexagon software or on which the Hexagon software depends as part of this Project. <br /> Customer shall be responsible for the operation and timely availability of external systems or <br />third-party software necessary for the execution of the Project. <br /> If a delay in the Project is caused by a third-party vendor, Hexagon services not covered in this <br />SOW may be required at additional costs. <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 463E937D-8F02-4D22-9EEA-B2B50627D9E0Docusign Envelope ID: DE681D27-7D55-4FB6-8C51-9394D26FBC9EDocusign Envelope ID: 295A5D15-51E9-4D4A-ABF7-42411BB309FA
