Orange County, NC <br /> <br />On-Premise OnCall Dispatch Implementation <br />Statement of Work 92 <br /> HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Mobile Unit Train-the-Trainer (Qty: 2) <br />COURSE OVERVIEW <br />HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Mobile Unit Train-the-Trainer is a two (2)-day comprehensive course to <br />familiarize trainers with the operation and use of the HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Mobile Unit software. <br />Trainers will learn all of the essential functions of HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Mobile Unit including <br />navigating the application, creating, receiving and updating events, utilizing the map, performing <br />inquiries, handling units including updates and status changes, and communicating with other users. <br />Multiple agency-specific operations are also covered, including Fire, Law Enforcement and EMS <br />related updates.
