EV Charging Sites <br /> Utility Locate Survey <br /> Hillsborough, NC <br /> <br />SCOPE AND EXTENT OF SERVICES: Co-ordination with utility locating sub-consultant, field <br />measurements, computations and drafting necessary to provide mapping to reflect underground <br />utilities as marked by sub-consultant within the two areas as shown on sketch provided by client. <br />This survey shall conform in all repects with 21 NCAC 56 (NC Surveying Standards). <br /> <br />Area 1 Fixed Fee: $4,400.00 (South of Sheriffs Office) <br />Area 2 Fixed Fee: $3,600.00 (East of Farmer’s Market) <br /> <br />Total Fixed Fee: $8,000.00 <br /> <br />Special Provisions- 1) We are prepared to begin work as soon as utitilies have been marked by <br /> sub-consultant and acceptance of this Proposal. <br /> 2) Boundary Survey is not included in this survey. <br /> <br />The Terms and Conditions following this page are a part of this Agreement.
