Nish T. introduced Orange County <br /> 19 Transportations new Deputy Director, Sarah Williamson-Baker. She gave a brief overview of her background <br /> 20 in transportation and project management within Wake County. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 AGENDA ITEM 2: CONSIDERATIONS OF ADDITIONS TO AGENDA <br /> 23 No considerations to the agenda. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 AGENDA ITEM 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> 26 No public comments- No members of the public were present. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 AGENDA ITEM 4. MINUTES—February 171h&March 17`h, 2025 <br /> 29 Presented the February and March minutes for approval. Comments noted about inconsistencies in "at <br /> 30 large"and township designations.Transportation Staff will follow up with the Clerk of the Board to make sure <br /> 31 roster is listed correctly. Clarification was provided on representation based on geography and township <br /> 32 structure. Staff will also verify correct spelling for all member names. <br /> 33 Motion—ArtMenius <br /> 34 Second— Roy Schonberg <br /> 35 Approved unanimously,with Heidi Perry abstaining due to absence. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 AGENDA ITEM 5. REGULAR AGENDA <br /> 38 <br /> 39 a. 2009 Farmland Protection Plan <br /> 40 Michael Hughes presented the Farmland Preservation Plan, which was developed by the Agricultural <br /> 41 Preservation Board subcommittee. The new five-year Agricultural Viability and Farmland Stewardship <br /> 42 Plan replaces the 2009 Farmland Protection Plan and aligns with Orange County's 2050 Land Use Plan. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 b. OUTBoard Policy and Procedure Update <br /> 45 Nish T. explained the revised OUTBoard Procedures and Policy, outlining the necessity for updates in <br /> 46 alignment with recent changes to the County's overarching Advisory Board Policy and Procedures. <br />
