Participating Jurisdictions identify the housing activities that best address <br /> Local needs.To achieve this, HOME-assisted properties are subject to an affordability period, <br /> ensuring they remain accessible to low-income households, alongside income eligibility <br /> requirements for tenants. <br /> 2 <br />
