Amanda Farris motioned <br /> for minutes to be approved and was seconded by Gayane Chambless. Motion passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> JCPC Business <br /> Conflict of Interest Forms- Sharron reminded all members to complete and submit Conflict of <br /> Interest forms to Caraina. <br /> Program Budget Revisions- <br /> Volunteers for Youth-Motion: To approve Community Service Program Budget Revision <br /> Action: Approved <br /> Reintegration Support Network- Motion: To approve Trauma Informed Peer Support Budget <br /> Revision <br /> Action: Approved <br /> Committee Reports <br /> Monitoring Committee—The JCPC monitoring of programs needs to be scheduled and members <br /> were asked to volunteer. Consultant David Carter reported that he will be contacting committee <br /> members to schedule program monitoring visits and assist with the process.
