Payment will be <br /> made by NCSBE to the certified voting system company upon completion of the certification and <br /> procurement process defined in the Certification Program and the numbered memo. <br /> Laptops/desktops provided under this grant will be tagged as State-owned fixed assets, and counties will <br /> be required to maintain inventory records, reportable to the State Board of Elections annually in June. <br /> Questions or additional assistance should be directed to Neil Baddour,Voting Technology Certification <br /> Manager, at neil.baddour@ncsbe.gov. <br />
