Renewal of County's Lease of 1000 Corporate Drive, Hillsborough for the Orange <br /> 22 County Attorney's Office <br /> 23 The Board approved an amendment to a lease agreement for the County to continue leasing <br /> 24 space for the Orange County Attorney's Office at 1000 Corporate Drive in Hillsborough, and <br /> 25 approve and authorize the Manager to sign the lease renewal upon final review by the County <br /> 26 Attorney. <br /> 27 L Sale of 0.26 Acre Property, PIN #9862246076, Hillsborough, NC <br /> 28 The Board approved the sale of a 0.26-acre County-owned property, PIN #9862246076, located <br /> 29 in Hillsborough, NC. <br /> 30 j. Acceptance of the Sobriety Treatment and Recovery Teams (START) Grant with the <br /> 31 North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and Approval of Related <br /> 32 Budget Amendment #8-B <br /> 33 The Board: <br /> 34 1) Accepted a grant from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services; <br /> 35 2) Established a clinical services coordinator position; <br /> 36 3) Authorized services contracts for a family mentor position and related supervision; and <br /> 37 4) Approved Budget Amendment#8-B. <br /> 38 k. Change in BOCC Meeting Schedule for 2025 <br /> 50 The Board approved changes to the Board of Commissioners' meeting calendar for 2025. <br /> 51 <br />
