17 <br /> AP-12 Participation <br /> Summary of citizen participation process/Efforts made to broaden citizen participation <br /> Summarize citizen participation process and how it impacted goal-setting <br /> The FY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan has many components that include citizen participation.These <br /> components included: soliciting plans and feedback from local agencies and organizations; meeting with <br /> agencies/organizations to provide technical assistance on how to complete the HOME application; <br /> review of applications by elected officials from the County and the Towns (the Local Government <br /> Affordable Housing Collaborative), and a public hearing on the proposed funding plan for FY 2025-2026 <br /> HOME funds and draft Annual Action Plan.
